Terms of use
These terms describe the current product boundaries for storefront and account use.
Products and prices
Availability may change. Canonical retail price is Owner-controlled; localization formats display only and does not invent exchange rates.
Delivery and returns
Supplier-fulfilled orders may arrive in separate packages. A delivery or return period is shown only when configured for the product and market.
External merchants
Affiliate products redirect to an external merchant and do not use SPUNIFY cart, payment or order systems. Merchant pricing and availability apply.
Applications
A supplier application does not guarantee approval or an account. A wholesale inquiry is a lead, not an automatic order or price guarantee.
Legal identity
Legal company name, address and support contact are not configured. CONFIG_REQUIRED fields must be completed before production.
